A committee of experienced team of mixologist and imbiber had been doing in-depth research throughout the United States and even at a number of international location gathering information and meeting weekly to discuss the criteria for certification. While the process is slow it is thorough. At this point it is impossible to know when the finale certification criteria will be released but we are hoping that it will be ready sometime in 2015 or so.
