El Diablo
El Diablo (“the devil"), a classic tequila cocktail that can be traced back to at least 1947 when it appeared in Trader Vic’s Bartending Guide. It is hard to say exactly why this drink is called El Diablo. Perhaps it is its red color, or perhaps it's due to the little bit of spice brought in from the ginger ale. Either way, this is a wonderfully refreshing drink, and also very easy to sip quickly! An excellent way to introduce somebody to tequila.
